FINAL EVER SHOW AT 717A HIGH ST. FRIDAY 17/9/10

The final ever show to be held at 717A High St will be on Friday the 17th of September. It will be Kromoson's first show, featuring members of Bloody Hammer and ex members of Pisschrist and Sucio Poder. The Zingers will also be bringing some colour to the occasion, followed by the headlining act Flesh World.

Thursday night noise and experimental show at Sunshine And Grease. Psychward Cult are the headlining act for the occasion. Also playing Holy Boner vs Chicks On Weed, Nervous Gender (yes, obnoxious name) and Murgh'terr. Five bucks entry.

SUNDAY HOUSE SHOW

House show at 717A High St, Thornbury this Sunday night featuring young studs The Zingers, Flesh World and Insurgents. Come along!

SATURDAY

Insurgents "Fad Cash" 7" launch this weekend. They are playing three shows in all. Friday at Nats Warehouse, Saturday at Pony and Sunday night house party at 717A High St, Thornbury. The highlight of them should be the pony show this Saturday. Also, apart from what is already a ripping lineup, Insurgents, SJN, Pathetic Human and Flesh World, Bloodclot Faggots are making their way down from the arse end of Australia, Adelaide, to open for it. Should be one of the best shows of the year. Cap off your day spent lining up for the ballot boxes to throw away your vote and come on down!

WASTED TRUTH REISSUE/FINAL SHOW

Our reissue of Wasted Truth’s great 2008 demo is out now. This will most likely be the final reissue of this tape, with a limited press of 50. It is also feature for the first time artwork on red paper and a white cassette tape.

The best chance to get hold of one would be to attend Wasted Truth’s final ever show at the Worker’s Club on July 2nd. The downer punk stylings of Wasted Truth will be supported by Pathetic Human, Occult Blood and Marco Fusinato.

SATURDAY.

This will be SUCIO PODER's last ever show. Black oak warehouse, coburg. Read a recent interview with SUCIO PODER here. We will have the distro set up & could possibly even have copies of the WASTED TRUTH tape.
Also, CHROME DOME tapes are getting low.

CHROME DOME S/T CASSETTE

The CHROME DOME s/t album is out now! Psychotic Reaction's first release, the CHROME DOME s/t cassette brings forth seven tracks of blown out dirge with an appreciation for seedy European electronic and New Wave music. After two EP's, this is the band's first full length release.

IMPORTANT: Due to an error in the production of tapes, one fifth of these tapes may not be in stereo sound and only come out one speaker. This problem has been rectified now. If you own one of these copies, please get in contact to send it back so we can organise to send you a new copy and recieve the full power of Chrome Dome's latest effort.

PSYCHOTIC REACTION

Psychotic Reaction is an independent punk label based in Melbourne, Victoria, started by the housemates of 717A High St. At the moment we are working on various tape releases, with runs of no more than 200, which will continue onto runs of 7" and 12" records. Named after the Count Five song of course, we intend to purvey unsettling music that you cannot sit down to. We are dedicated to releasing different types of bands from punk, hardcore and noise.

Our first release is a tape cassette format of the s/t album by Melbourne synth goth/punk band CHROME DOME. It will be limited to a run of 100 and will coincide with the CD release by LEXICON DEVIL.

We will also be building a distro up in the coming months- watch this space for more updates.
